Since The Libertines completed Anthems For Doomed Youth everything’s been coming up roses.

The Arcadian dreamers are one of the most important bands of the 21st Century, sound-tracking long rebellious summers for the stylish kids in the riot, their songs standing tall as some of the best guitar driven party tunes of all time.

The unbridled, youthful joy of a Catfish and the Bottlemen live show will drift on the breeze over the summer of 2018 as the incendiary four-piece announce a series of open air concerts. Contributing a sense of unapologetic ambition to British guitar music and preparing fans for a raft of new material to follow their 2016, gold-status album,  The Ride, the band is led out of the studio and onto yet bigger stages by venerated frontman and songwriter, Van McCann, with Johnny Bond (lead guitar), Benji Blakeway (bass) and Bob Hall (drums).

The website also now boasts of the now available Club Class Pass: while this is general camping it offers a rather more choice set of toilet and shower blocks. If last year’s facilities are anything to go by, we can highly recommend them. So, should usual festival amenities fill you with dread, then Club Class may well be for you!
