Following on from a successful 2017, Cleargreen’s debut EP ‘Hollins Groove’ repeats the same successful formula but with a more experimental touch. The melancholic yet up-tempo single ‘Hollins Grove’ has that much sought after ability to draw you in (like all of Cleargreen’s tracks to be fair) with gentle guitar and simple poetic lyrics which complement the best video I’ve seen this year, perfectly. Vocals delivered by Aleister Staley are strong, powerful and oozing with passion. Here are a band who are capable of achieving very big things.
