This week we have a mega gig, three tours and a Tramlines festival line up that is bound to get those zone tentacles tingling. Here’s this week’s ‘This Feeling Fives’.

1.THE RPM’S TOUR

On the 4th of July Brighton’s indie-pop rockers The RPM’s are off on their headline This Feeling tour. Picking up momentum since joining back in 2016, their upbeat and optimistic sets have gained them a solid live reputation and fanbase. The band have just released new single ‘Let Things Happen’. Speaking about the single singer Jack Valero said:

“It’s written about how sometimes in life you just have to sit back and go with the flow and is very much based on where we are as a band right now. You face many difficult obstacles in life especially when you’re in a band and it’s all about how you overcome them and carry on, just like it says in the chorus ‘Pick up and start again’. It’s a positive message to not allow yourself to be defeated and also to remember sometimes to let go and live in the moment instead of trying to control it”

First stop on Thursday is at The Moon Cardiff with Bandicoot, Violet Walk and The CaspiensThe tour dates thereafter  feature Chay Snowdon, Namsaké, Muncle at The Mothers Ruin this Friday. Last Seen Alive and This Party at The Hope & Ruin on 7th July, and The Velvet Hands, Short Stories, Toffees and Cuecliché at Nambucca.
