The Americas are a British guitar band trying to make it pay in the 21st century. Taking influences from 70’s Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan and American pop-culture.They put on their suits, strap up their boots and take their rock and roll gospel to anyone who’ll listen.

Starting June 1st The Americas will release one single a month on the first Friday of each month, for three months. These singles will form part of the 6 track debut EP ‘Guitar Music Is Dead’ scheduled for release September 7th. A string of live dates in support of the EP across the UK & Europe will follow through September/ November.

A self directed/produced music video for lead single ‘Come On Out’ will follow shortly after it’s release on June 1st.
